I booked Vivanta Dwarka for my wedding celebrations, held from December 10th to 15th, which included multiple events.

Special recognition to the following individuals: Neha Khandelwal (Sales Manager): From the very first interaction 10 months ago, Neha ensured a highly personalized experience. She accommodated last-minute requests seamlessly and made sure all adjustments were incorporated without hesitation. Both Neha and Mr. Sanjeev demonstrated remarkable professionalism and hospitality, ensuring my guests felt welcomed and cared for throughout the celebrations. Neha’s approach was consultative rather than pushy, always listening carefully before suggesting additional services, which was deeply appreciated. Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Ajay: These two played a crucial role in managing the operations and food arrangements during both daytime and evening events. Their coordination and attention to detail were instrumental in making every event a success. Chef Abhijeet, Chef Manoj, and Chef Jagbir: The culinary team went above and beyond by curating a personalized menu that delighted every guest. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, with standout desserts such as Mirchi ka Halwa, Rabri Jalebi, and Moong Dal Halwa earning high praise. The impeccable hygiene standards and exceptional food quality left a lasting impression on all attendees. Front Desk (Ms. Vandana Kapani and Mr. Kunal): Their warm smiles, politeness, and professionalism ensured every guest felt welcomed and comfortable. Ms. Vanadana (Director of Rooms): After highlighting a minor initial issue with a front desk employee, Ms. Vanadana, and other leadership members, personally sat down with me to understand my concerns. Ms. Vanadana’s and the other leadership’s patience, active listening, and commitment to resolving the matter immediately turned the experience around, ensuring the rest of my stay and events were flawless. Housekeeping (Naman and Prempal): The housekeeping team demonstrated exceptional efficiency, ensuring all rooms were spotless and fully stocked with amenities despite the hotel operating at full capacity. Their proactive approach and attention to detail greatly contributed to the overall comfort and satisfaction of my guests.

Overall, my experience at Vivanta Dwarka exceeded expectations with its clean and spacious rooms, attentive staff, and outstanding food. I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a very pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks worth noting.

Check-in & Front Desk Service: I checked in quite late at night but was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. I requested a late checkout, and Khushboo at the reception was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Her assistance made the start of my stay very smooth and stress-free.

Room & Amenities: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a very comfortable ambiance. The bed and furniture were in excellent condition, and the room had most of the expected amenities like a TV, kettle, mini fridge, and toiletries. However, for the price and star rating, I expected a bit more—perhaps some luxury touches or a better minibar. Still, the basics were covered well.

Bathroom: The bathroom was a highlight—modern, well-maintained, and came with a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. Water pressure was good, and the cleanliness was top-notch.

Hotel Location: One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located a bit away from the main city center or commercial areas. As a result, there are limited dining options nearby, so if you're someone who likes to eat out or explore food spots on foot, this might be a small inconvenience. You’ll likely need to rely on in-room dining or plan your meals elsewhere.

Ambiance & Facilities: The hotel had a calm and elegant vibe throughout. Clean corridors, tasteful decor, and good lighting added to the comfort. The swimming pool was well-maintained, clean, and a great spot to relax. I didn’t get to use the gym or spa (if available), but the common areas were impressive.

Breakfast: Breakfast was included in the rate and turned out to be a major plus point. There was a wide spread of both Indian and continental options—fresh fruits, hot dishes, bakery items, cereals, beverages, and more. Everything was well-prepared and replenished timely. The breakfast staff were especially warm, friendly, and attentive—they really stood out.

Luggage Assistance: After checkout, I wanted to explore the area a bit more, and the staff were kind enough to store my luggage securely until I returned. This added convenience was much appreciated.

I had booked two rooms at Vivanta, dwarka, delhi for vacation trip with Family.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at Vivanta Hotel in Dwarka, Delhi. Despite my confirmed booking at the hotel well within the check-in time at 2PM on 26th June 2024, I was shocked and deeply disappointed to find that my room was not ready for a full 12 hours after check-in time till 2.35 AM of 27th june 24.

Upon arrival, I was informed that there were "unexpected delays" in room availability, but no concrete reason or satisfactory explanation was provided. I was left waiting in the lobby with no clear timeline for when I could expect my room to be ready. The lack of communication and transparency from the hotel staff only added to my frustration.

What was supposed to be a comfortable and relaxing stay turned into a stressful ordeal. The management's handling of the situation was far from professional, and no meaningful compensation or apology was offered for the inconvenience caused.

I chose Vivanta for its reputed service and comfort, but this experience was far from what I expected. I would caution others considering staying here to be wary of potential delays and mismanagement. This incident has certainly made me reconsider ever staying at Vivanta Hotel again.

Review for Vivanta Hotel, Dwarka, Delhi: Unbearable Smoke-Filled Room

I recently stayed at Vivanta Hotel in Dwarka, Delhi, and my experience was quite disappointing. I was given Room 349, which turned out to be a smoking room. The room was filled with the strong stench of smoke, making it nearly impossible to stay in comfortably.

As a non-smoker, the overwhelming smell was not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. Despite my request for a non-smoking room at the time of booking, I was assigned this room without any warning or option to change upon arrival.

The hotel's management did little to address the issue. No alternative room was offered, and I was left to endure the smoky environment throughout my stay. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that prides itself on comfort and quality.
