JRJ Residency — Hotel in Ottappalam

When i called the hotel manager he gave a price of Rs.900 for the stay amd i negotiated and fixed for Rs.700. When i came here and I asked for blankets he was saying they wont give blanket for Rs700 price and also no soap and bath towel. When i complained about it he told me only this level of service is what he can make and tried coaching me business tricks and i felt that i am in some kind of fish market or under wear shops we see on the side...

Pathetic Manger is a fraud. He gives fake assurances of amenities and later demand for more money during check out. Ruthless person even asks to downgrade to other rooms to fill in other customers. Rooms are below average, congested. No ventilations as the rooms are on top floor of a shopping complex. Before checkin, I was Informd of having hot water. There is no hot water at all.
