The ambience is excellent. We got good service at the conference room and our function went off welll. We had booked the entire hotel for 3 days with lots of hope. Quite contrary to our expectations our entire guests fell sick. It was quite painful to see our family members falling sick one after the other. The doctors from all over the world diagnosed the cause was food poisoning. The staff did not apologize or the chef did not take the pains to meet the valuable customer. Beware of the food, quality and the cleanliness of the food served. We could have complained to the Food corporation. We did not want to spoil the reputation.
