Ottapalam Residency — Hotel in Ottappalam

Please avoid this place if you have other options. There were lots of cockroaches in the room we got. We visited ottapalam to attend a wedding. We checked in in the morning, freshened up and went to attend the wedding. Few of our bags were not closed properly and when we were back, all of them had small cockroaches running around and inside. We had to repack everything and wasted an hour of time. The room which we got did not have proper ventilation and was feeling suffocated inside. Never go for non-ac option here. In addition to all this, the bedsheets were torn as well. Really unprofessional i would say. The location is good and service...

Asked to manage with one remote for 2 AC rooms that we booked . No hot water in one of the rooms . Asked to carry hot water from reception to our rooms by ourselves. No free drinking water. No WIFI . Asked to pay 10% extra just because we booked rooms from 6 am when we checked in by 7 am due to train delay. Only advantage is its location but we have other choices too.. Not a good choice for family that deserves better service...

Nice place to stay, the rooms are very neat and clean. The receptionist was very polite. It is located at center of the city and all things are available at a walkable distance. Also, the last best thing is the car...
