In my 25 years of experience, I had to stay in different hotels all the time for my creative business. Starting this off by talking about the evening shift manager, was the rudest man I have ever met. The staff was greedy. The hotels worth was not even ₹100. Even cheap rooms are way better than this. I would have never even gave 1 star as they deserve the number in minus, but it is compulsory. Food in-house is not present, they call it from somewhere in 1 hour distance and it tastes the absolute worst. If the owners are reading, change all the rude, useless and greedy staff. They have nothing to do and don’t know such thing as hospitality. If the owner gets this review, remove the FRONT DESK staff, immediately for the sake of the hotel image and reputation of your clients. I will also complain to the party who has booked my space in THIS hotel. There bad behaviour and bad service will recall me many years. I had to stay there for an exam Booked the hotel 1 day before but on reaching the room wasn't ready as some guests were staying there therefore the bed sheets weren't changed and floor wasn't mopped.There was so much dust on the furniture and the cushions. On requesting for the housekeeping, only bedsheets were changed noth the pillow covers and no cleaning was done.No proper ventilation, windows are completely sealed. I paid for the breakfast in advance but inspite of informing them a day before exam , breakfast wasn't provided saying it will be provided late.Very pathetic service Food is very expensive and outside food isn't allowed which is not fair for a person who can't afford the price. They people have a smart system of taking payment 2 times. If you do payment by Scanner available,they will say we have not received payment. Then they will ask to give cash payment. Then after they will ask you we will refund your payment which has been done online. Its been about to be a month and i am coordinating for my payment. They people dont have any responsibility to refund the amount which they have received double from customer.

And when you call they are expecting to talk to them politely. They will gove you a silly reason that our Owner went abroad,just yesterday he came.Accounts team has processing time of releasing payment. Poor team,Poor services and poor support.
