Mixed Experience!!

Ordering is done via a self-service kiosk, which is convenient. Their premium burgers are worth trying, but the regular/ small ones are disappointing. Here's what we ordered and our ratings:

Things they can improve: Food Consistency: While some burgers were served hot and fresh, others arrived cold, which was disappointing. The staff was quite slow and seemed inattentive. The tables were left uncleared for a long time. Despite asking staff to clean up, only one person came by, still leaving multiple tables with used wrappers and trays.

Late night cravings led us to Burger King in Delhi at 3 AM. While the outlet was open, a peculiar situation unfolded. Instead of taking our order directly, staff insisted we order via Zomato or Swiggy. Undeterred, we decided to wait it out, standing inside the brightly lit but strangely silent restaurant. Eventually, we placed our order on Zomato. The food, when it finally arrived, was undeniably amazing – classic Burger King flavors delivered perfectly. However, the wait was longer than the app initially indicated, adding to the surreal late-night experience. The odd policy of forcing online orders despite an open outlet was perplexing. Worst experience of my life at Burger king today. First the staff at the counter asked us to place an order through the app to which it got stuck even after we made the payment. Then they asked us to wait till they checked and processed the order. The upstairs area had a lot of mosquitos and to our dismay the order delivery service was so pathetic that it almost took an hour to get the complete order. Staff was busy in getting the online delivery orders processed first and almost forgot about the customers sitting on the first floor who were asked to wait to get order on the table.
