I recently visited Sai Ram Sweets, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a lackluster ambiance that failed to create any positive first impressions.

The selection of sweets was underwhelming, to say the least. The variety was limited, and the presentation of the sweets left much to be desired. It seemed as though they were just thrown into the display without any care for aesthetics. The lack of cleanliness in the store was also quite off-putting.

The staff did little to improve my experience. They appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic about helping customers. When I asked about the ingredients in a particular sweet due to dietary restrictions, the staff seemed clueless and unprepared to provide any information.

Now, let's talk about the taste. The sweets I purchased were bland and lacked the authentic flavors one would expect from a reputed sweet shop. It felt like they were made with subpar ingredients, and the overall quality was disappointing.

To add insult to injury, the prices at Sai Ram Sweets were exorbitant considering the low quality of the products. I felt like I paid way too much for sweets that were far from satisfying.

Overall, my visit to Sai Ram Sweets was a regrettable experience. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a delightful sweet treat. There are plenty of other sweet shops in the area that offer a better selection, quality, and customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere for a more enjoyable...

[2023 OCTOBER] BAD EXPERIENCE , i purchased motichoor ladoo of over 15000 rupees and distributed to friends and relatives. To our embarassment over half of the boxes were found with fungus the very next day. I was busy in my function so could not call immediately, however when i called 6 days later, the person who picked the phone took no responsibility. I lost financially as well as faced embarrassment and guilty for the distribution of stale sweets.

I used to recommend to everyone earlier, but now i would recommend NOT to buy from here (at least in bulk)

[Initial review many years ago] Best sweets shop in entire paschim vihar and Rohini region, we purchased around 100 boxes of various sweets for a marriage and everything including taste, presentation, preperation time and price was just too good. They have the best competitive price and also gladly accept digital money in all forms. The owner is very friendly and takes a lot of rightful pride in the quality of their products.

I ordered 700 grams of Kaju Katli, but the staff tried to pack it in a 500-gram box. I clearly mentioned that it was meant to be a gift, but instead of offering a proper solution, the staff insisted that they wouldn’t provide 700 grams of sweets in a 900-gram box. Ironically, they were perfectly okay with stuffing 700 grams into a 500-gram box.

Frustrated by their lack of customer care and common sense, I walked over to Hira Sweets, right next door, where the staff gladly helped and fulfilled my request without any hassle.

Added after Owner Response : In this case "Instead of offering more flexible options, such as a 450g box and a 250g box, they are insisting on the 900g box. Moreover, the way they communicate it makes the customer feel uncomfortable or even embarrassed, which is not a pleasant experience."
