The self proclaimed "owner" of this hotel is the person to avoid. We had booked 8 rooms as a wedding family and we had come as guest. There was no hand towels and/or sanitation present in the rooms. You have to walk to the front desk to get even the simplest things done. The owner had a despute to one of the caterer regarding food storage in rooms and we had to sit in our rooms for almost 4-5 hours while he would yell (yes. Yell. Not argue, but literally yell) at the person. One of the elderly took in their hands to ask the "owner" politely to lower their voices, but instead he started yelling at the poor man. We had to come through to make him understand, but this guy won't stop his harassment. If we didn't have multiple ladies, sick kids and elderly, we would have walked out at that moment.
I would suggest everyone to save their mind and skip this one. No matter how cheap you get the rooms for, it's not worth all this.

Read moreI along with my relatives had a very bad experience. Room looked neat and clean but service was worst I have ever seen. We spent almost two day in hotel to attend my relatives marriage, entire day were dry, no towel or sanitation item, no room service. We had to walk to reception and ask for each every service at reception, while most of them should be provided as soon as the room key is provided. Never felt like we are not at hotel. Had I been not a guest to my relatives, i would have immediately vacated the premise for level of service and conduct of owner cum care-taker. Owner also need to understand that if he is into hospitality business and he has leased/rented his room for a price, then customer/guest is going to expect the service as a gentleman. Some times owner is very polite and helpful but at times he shouts and raises voice. Mere clean room is not going to attract customer rather a warm gesture and room service are vital.

Read moreEverything was fine with me. But what happened during check-out I should flag this property as single star. I asked for invoice. They said it will take some time, they will mail me. As I am from outstation, I insisted them to give it by hand. They said it will take 2 hours. I said I will wait in your lobby. Prepare the bill. They simply told me you cant wait here for that long. The owner literally shouting at me. They will mail me and I can leave. I fighted there for a invoice for 1 and half hour. Then I left the premises without the invoice.
