We recently visited Sandoz Paschim Vihar, with my family of five for dinner, and our experience was nothing short of a disaster. The staff were not only inefficient but also incredibly rude and ill-mannered. The food served was cold, as if it had been taken straight out of the fridge and dumped undercooked on the table, making the meal utterly unappetizing. We had ordered Achaari Chaap and Paneer Tikka to start with. Achari Chaap was highly disappointing undercooked served directly from Microwave not even Tandoor.
The most appalling part of our visit was the behavior of the restaurant manager, Mr. Deepak. He displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by leaning his body and inappropriately touching customers while we were providing feedback. This made us extremely uncomfortable and added to the already negative experience. Despite repeatedly mentioning that the food was cold, Mr. Deepak stubbornly refused to take our feedback seriously, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. We left restaurant after intolerable behavior.
I also want to mention that the restaurant ask for your phone number as you enter. Why to ask for customer's phone number? Are you financial institution opening a bank account? These phone numbers are later sold by these people to various agencies leading to financial frauds. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting Sandoz Paschim Vihar. We highly regret going to...
Read morehave visited multiple times and on every occasion have faced one or another issue.... certain items on the menu (Chef's recommendations of all things) not available due to stock out or ingredients not yet reached the restaurant ( apparently they get ingredients from someplace which had not reached their kitchen even at 1400hrs in the afternoon for preparing an item on the menu). Food quality is mostly average however some items on the menu are quite good... Missing cutlery on the table / lack of knowledge regarding what to serve with the course ordered was another issue.... had to repeated ask for cutlery... the gentleman serving did not bother to serve the regular sauces which accompany most starter even had to separately ask for the customary pickled onions ( which eventually came only after we had finished our main course) During my last visit it felt as if they were wanting to quickly get rid of the guests seated at tables to be able to accommodate the people waiting outside... they even replaced a plate from which a guest at my table was still eating without bothering to check if she had finished...it was rather like we were at a dhabha rather than a restaurant where everyone was in a hurry to quickly turn around a table... The saving grace was a manager who went the extra mile to arrange for a small cake from a nearby bakery (billed separately) to allow us to celebrate the special occasion for which...
Read more5 stars to begin because of Valet parking, which was very helpful because of the metro work outside. Entry- no one to open the door, despite the fact that they saw me struggling with kids at the entry. They lost 1 star here out of 5. Nice restaurant by look and seating. The food order experience was very ordinary like take it or leave it. Food arrived, but not in the right order, meaning Manchurian came 5 minutes earlier than Noodles. The taste of the starters were just below average that we didn't even dare to order the main course. When we asked the waiter if the chicken is Halal here, he tried manipulating the answer. We booked the table in advance with Dineout with deal of virgin mojito free for each person, but they declined the same and said will give you one virgin mojito free next time. Lime soda was good. Honey chilli was too suite. We have given up front feedback about Virgin mojito ro waiter but he was too defensive. The pillar of the table at one side, is designed in a way that you have to put your feet above it, and it is so uncomfortable as in picture. I am sorry but not...
