Jardin Hotels — Hotel in Piplya Kumar

I don’t have any clue as to why Jardin has 4 stars. I’ll be as brief as possible so sit tight to read this one. First things first the Reception as usual is good and some people working there have a very good attitude they are polite and empathetic. It is wheelchair accessible, valet parking is available but no valet is. They try their best to keep the hotel clean but they miss certain things which can be acceptable. The lifts are clean and the rooms are neat as well. However when it comes to “The Grill Barbecue “ their staff is the worst, they are rude and impolite which is piteous. If you will be rude to guests then you need to upgrade your Staff training standards which i am absolutely sure are not good enough. Some Managers are rude to guests and judgemental on what they are wearing. If someone paid then definitely someone is a guest. Anyways, lets talk about the ROOM SERVICE, if you ask for fresh set of towels, cups or bed-sheet change you’re going to have to wait and not one hour ! More than that and probably by that time you either would be outta there or fast asleep. They won’t let you use Flower petals for room decorations if you want to do so, because apparently it is something which will permanently damage the floor 🤣. How on earth did these group of hotels get 4 stars i do not know. The only reason i was there is because i had to attend a wedding. People working there need more training. I asked one guy working there about his qualifications and he did not even do HM course and he was hired. So people if some of you wanna work there just show up no need of any qualification. Our overall experience was extremely negative, primarily due to major issues with room hygiene and the quality of the food. Room Hygiene: Unacceptable Condition Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by the strong, unpleasant smell of stale smoke. This was not just a lingering odor; the room felt dirty. Shockingly, we even found cigarette ashes directly on the bed linen. The condition of the extra bed was equally poor. The blanket provided was torn and visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging their current rates. The lack of basic cleanliness made for a very uncomfortable night. Food Quality: Stale and Overpriced We ordered both dinner and had the complimentary breakfast, and both were a major disappointment and not worth the money. The food delivered tasted stale, suggesting it was not freshly prepared. The breakfast spread, too, was low quality and did not justify the price point of the hotel. Overall Verdict Our stay was a very bad experience. While I must note that the staff members were well-mannered and polite, their positive demeanor could not compensate for the significant failures in cleanliness and food quality. 𝐇𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, we Recently booked Jardin hotel for my brother in law’s marriage and discussed everything in advance with the staff and decoration team, but they disappointed us soo much with everything. They took full advance payment from us and after discussion also they did completely different arrangements, unexpected decoration and changed colour theme which was not been told.

They were also very rude and mean they don’t have manners how to talk. We Discussed about speakers and mic arrangements with them, but at the end time they denied and said nothing was finalised and at end time chaos happened and they argued with us. They gave us 2 rooms for bride groom for changing but due to their delay in arrangements we were getting late for bride and groom entry so couple were waiting in hotel room but hotel staff asked them to vacant room, and didn’t allowed them to use that rooms also. And because of that our bride and groom has to wait in lobby. Jardin was the worst hotel I have ever visited. And I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
