Shreemaya Celebrity — Restaurant in Nipanya

I am writing this to express my disappointment regarding the inappropriate cake design and delayed delivery of the cake at 10.30pm when the party was over and all the guests were leaving. I had ordered (Order ID: 000328: receipt no: 135) from Shreemaya gold plaza for a special birthday event scheduled on 14th January, 2025. The order was placed well in advance, and the delivery was crucial for the birthday celebration’s success.

Despite doing multiple follow ups, every time a new delivery time has been provided by Shreemaya manager and the delivery team. Our entire event got spoiled because of the carelessness of Shreemaya delivery service team and manager executives.

The brand is no more trustable for us and their teams have no respect for their customers without understanding the emotional, reputation and importance of an event in customers life.

Unfortunately, the delay has caused significant inconvenience and impacted the event negatively. A timely delivery was essential, as the cake was meant to be a centrepiece of the birthday event.

Despite trusting Shreemaya celebrations for its quality and punctuality, this experience has been disappointing. I expect an immediate resolution and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Absolutely terrible service. We had to sit for 30 minutes without even being offered water, and after repeatedly calling the waiters over 10 times, our food finally arrived cold — and that too after 50 more minutes. They managed to turn what should have been a quick dinner into a 2-hour nightmare.

When we raised our concerns to the manager, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, he rudely told us, “We have a staff shortage, and we can’t do anything about it. If you don’t like it, go somewhere else.” That level of arrogance and unprofessionalism is unacceptable from someone in charge.

This place clearly doesn’t respect its customers’ time or basic hospitality standards. We were treated like we were doing them a favor just by being there. One of the finest, excellent and Irreproachable Vegetarian Restaurant of India which is known for its sumptuous taste, top class environment and hygiene. i have been visiting ShreeMaya Outlets since 2015 The only word I have for its food and Service standards is, " It is a Cut Above The Rest". They have diversified options from different cuisines whether its North Indian, South Indian, Chinese or Pan Asian. The menu is Superb which excites guests to try different food items and satiate their tastebuds. My favorite food delicacies here are Scrumptious Dahi Puri(ohhhhhh), Vada Sambhar and Masala Dosa( Indian coffee house at front of ShreeMaya is 5/10), Masala Chai ,AND my favorite Aaloo Parantha with curd and Pickle(Yummilicious).
