I booked a deluxe room at the hotel via OYO Rooms and checked-in on October 06, 2017. The room was spacious and equipped with basic amenities. But the strands of long hair wrapped with a neatly placed towel on the bed made me feel a bit dizzy as I was about to place it on my face to dry it out after a splash of water. Anyway, it was not that big of an issue. I wanted to gulp down water as the temperature on that day was 29 degree Centigrade but could not find any jar filled with water. I called the room service and they delivered mineral water bottle on demand and on a chargeable basis. I do travel a lot and one bottle a day is what every nice hotel offers complimentary. ||||The time went by and I was famished. Though Jet Airways served healthy breakfast but I am proud of my eating ability and the quantity served was far from sufficient. I asked for breakfast options and it was served only after getting clarification that it is on a chargeable basis.||||I started taking rest after eating nice paranthas with cold coffee when someone started ringing the bell and thudding on the door frantically. On opening the door before being crashed and crashed, the personnel standing outside asked me that I want the washroom to be cleaned. I was half asleep and wanted to scream but I simply shook my head.||||||The personnel manning and managing the Reception was not clear about OYO policies and refused to abide by any of them. However, on intervention of OYO's Relationship Manager and the owner himself, he relented. On the day of check-out, a boy brought breakfast at 11.00 a.m. before my checkout as a courtesy measure which I appreciated a lot. What I did not appreciate was the way of serving of breakfast on October 07, 2017, the day after the check-in. They should have served the breakfast in each room individually giving it a personal touch but they did diametrically opposite. They brought the plates carrying breakfast at once and kept giving it out ringing the door bell of each room. The tea had gone cold and so was pohe and jalebi breakfast.||||However, the owner assured me that he will personally attempt to improve the quality of services and add a regal touch to it. I will check the progress soon as I loved the room and taste of food and will visit them atleast once more to be treated in a...

So we reached and asked for rates. 2000 & 1600 were the rates quoted to me for Premium?? Rooms & Deluxe?? Rooms respectively. No room cleaning was done.||At last at the time of check-out, we were asked to pay 1300 for deluxe room while we already closed the deal on 1200.||It is a hotel with all clean rooms, bathrooms and good infrastructure but totally unprofessional approach and...
