Really bad service. We ordered strawberry shake yesterday and it was watery. So today also we ordered and asked them to not add ice(whats the need of ice in a shake? You can get the coolness from cold milk also) and make it thick but they still added crushed ice. It was just sugar and water. And you guys charge so high for such cheap quality with less quantity. I actually stopped drinking it for almost 7yrs because the same happened in the past with many things but when we ordered for dine in at satguruprime on 27th july ,it tasted so good so we thought you changed the work and ethics because so many items are ruined in that restaurant. Be it pav bhaji,rajma etc.. We ordered for takeaway at this branch so i dont know if they differentiate between dine in and takeaways! And its so irritating of them to ask for feedback and then start defending themselves. If u wanted to talk then why to ask for a "written" feedback and then start defending. Staff has become rude to your guest When there is waiting is on some one responsible must be standing there to inform guest. after entering into your outlet your staff who was handling waiting register he said. " Bahar Niklo". I am sorry to say that this is not the Shreemaya I grown up with. I am shocked today.
