Food is ok and ground staff is ok. But the manager they have kept during day time if I remember correctly Azhar is the biggest reason of declining GKs revenue. He has no manners how to talk to customers no knowledge of hospitality industry we have requested for a baby high chair which was not available that's ok but then we asked to merge the side empty table with our table for safety of baby and put our food items but he clearly denied with a total road side language kya karoge, 4 ki table lo hum extra nhi add krte bachha ho ya nai ho hum nhi krte. This was life's first encounter of such an unprofessional & uneducated manager that too in an hospitality business where customers satisfaction is priority.

If Gurukripa keeps having such mannerless managers they will soon gonna pay the price for this mistake.

During our visit, we requested a baby high chair, which was unavailable – understandable. However, when we asked to merge an empty table for the safety of our baby, Azhar responded in a manner that lacked professionalism and courtesy.
