The Gold Haven - Serviced Residences — Hotel in Pune

Based in a predominantly business area the Haven set back from a main road and behind the IDBI Bank is well located. The staff seem happy in their work and always serve you with a smile this is so refreshing the balcony is adequately furnished with coffee table and two chairs and for a room price you get an apartment which most importantly is very clean the kitchen area is fully equipped with an induction Hob for two pans, a fridge, microwave, kettle knives and forks and more than sufficient non stick pans. There is a breakfast Bar with two stools digital TV for which they added all available English channels. a 3 seat sofa and a coffee table and two more consul tables. in the Bedroom a king size bed with a really high quality matrass and the pillows were fully soft and filled and obviously quite new. the cotton Bed linen was clean and regularly changed .Shower room-Constant Hot water, Spotless cleanliness and all required toothbrush paste, shower Gel moisturiser too many towels and shaving gear the staff are the best no request is too much Restaurant cheap and good Gym small but well equipped Small library and good fully equipped conference room. For what you get this is unbeatable value there is no fault that I could find and I will always come again..free WIFI also as well as full generator backup so continuous A/C It is not well sign posted but well worthwhile finding such a good hotel to stay one and two bedroom...

I stayed at Gold Haven, Kharadi for 1 night. Looking at level of rooms property is very pricey. Size of service apartment is good. But overall class maintained itself is low to medium. Interior is very dull and you don’t feel fresh. Restaurant for breakfast is even more dull and first time I have seen such a gloomy ambiance. Rooms, bedsheets, pillow covers are getting changed frequently. Washrooms are also cleaned but overall property and standard of the same itself have some limitations to rate them high. They have few fixed customers so it is perceived as demanding property. But in reality standard is not that high. Price should be half than what they charge. Parking space is so complex and dirty. Staff is not bad. Unfortunately because of lack of good options in same category of ‘service apartments’ Gold Haven is enjoying the high price...

I wish I could give 0 stars. Had booked 5 rooms 1 week before stay date. On check-in date they informed that One room is damaged and cannot be provided. They are not even ready to show the room damage to understand what is going on. I am sure they gave to someone else.

Then they told they will arrange in other hotel so we went to that hotel in 1AM in night and after reaching there,they also denied any room. Pathetic to be wandering at 1am in night without any room, I was totally embarrassed in front of my guests.

Then I asked my guests to arrange with one less room with embarrassement, in morning my guests told that water is not coming so I had to again followup for same.

Literally they cannot manage proper stay for guests so be aware before arranging stay for...
