Behrouz Biryani Kharadi (Wadgaon sheri) — Restaurant in Pune

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent order I placed on Father's Day. What was meant to be a special meal for a special occasion turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Firstly, the biryani I received was of deplorable quality. The rice was broken and utterly inedible, which was a far cry from the long-grained, high-quality rice I have received in the past. To make matters worse, there were no mutton pieces in the biryani. This was unacceptable, especially considering the premium price paid for your supposedly high-quality product.

When I lodged a complaint, I was assured that I would receive a compensation biryani. However, this promised compensation was never delivered. Adding insult to injury, the delivery person falsely claimed that the biryani had been delivered and was extremely rude and abusive. The situation was further compounded by the fact that my building has strict surveillance and complete access control, so I can confirm that no such delivery attempt was made.

This experience has been nothing short of appalling. The combination of receiving a substandard product, being lied to, and enduring abusive behavior from your staff is unacceptable. This has not only ruined a special day but also shattered my trust in your brand.

I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and immediate compensation for this ordeal. Unless this situation is rectified promptly and satisfactorily, I will never order from Behrouz Biryani again, and I will not hesitate to share this negative experience...

you are charging very high and quantity is very low , even 10th standard student also feel hungry after finishing this. Please do not mentioned serve-1 person you should mentioned serve 1 person if you take two biryanis.. Becuase of ur description people will plan and lateron they feel hungry this does not mean good. Please keep quantitiy genric for biryani so that one person feel full, you can charge more if needed but quantity and quality both should match.

We orderd 4 biryani by seeing serve 1 and they given half of the biryani . I may not recommend on the quantity. test is also ok ok not much good only photos of the biryani are good not...

This biryani was just too good. Perfect balance of flavours, aroma hitting you the moment the packing is opened. The accompaniment of Mint raita eelvates it's taste altogether. The mini Falafel plate was just perfect side dish. Damn good. The biryani was delivered along with a Gulabjamun. Hot, moist and perfectly sweetened.
