Texas Tower — Restaurant in Pune

This place was once a favorite spot near our office for team lunches and dinners with friends. Unfortunately, it has drastically deteriorated on every front.

The ambiance is now unpleasant — blaringly loud music, dim and uncomfortable lighting, and worn-out, unstable chairs that make the place feel more shady than welcoming. The food quality has dropped significantly; it tastes below average and feels like it's made at a roadside stall, dripping in oil and lacking any culinary standards.

We had made a corporate reservation for a group of 12. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the unprofessional behavior of a person named Sunil, who appeared to be the manager. He remained on a phone call and ignored us entirely, leaving us unattended without so much as an acknowledgment. When we escalated the issue, his supervisor did try to manage the situation, but Sunil was unapologetic and continued to behave rudely and dismissively. Such conduct reflects a complete lack of basic customer etiquette and damages the establishment's reputation.

That said, we do want to acknowledge and appreciate Shekhar, our server for the evening. He was polite, efficient, and ensured that all the food was served on time. His professionalism stood in stark contrast to the rest of the experience, and we thank him and his team for their efforts.

Given the overall experience, we will no longer consider this venue for any future corporate gatherings. It is disheartening to see a once-excellent place fall to such...

Worst experience. I called them to reserve a corner table but it wasn't available. So, I asked them to at least book a table in open roof area. They agreed on call. We went on our booked time but there was no table reserved for us. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table in open roof area. We ordered two chicken tikka starters and 3 cocktails. Took them forever to make this basic starter and cocktails. Cocktails were okay but the chicken starter was served without even heating it. Felt like it was someone else's order which they cancelled then the chicken took some rest in the kitchen and came to our table. I asked to at least heat it up and serve hot. They took the starter from our table to the kitchen for heating it and the wait begins. They took 20 minutes or so just to heat the starter. Asked for extra green chutney which they did not serve even after asking for it multiple times. Seems it was made from some precious vegetables. We ordered 1 more starter and main course with special instruction to heat the food up to the mark. Again took forever to cook and serve. I was observing the same situation on other tables as well. One family just left the table after waiting so much for their order.

Food taste was okay but the service is really bad. I don't recommend this restro-bar unless you want to...

Our visit to Texas Towers was a truly enjoyable experience. Right from the moment we stepped in, the vibrant ambience set the tone for a good evening. The interiors are stylish and well done, giving the place a modern yet comfortable vibe that works equally well for friends, families, or even casual corporate outings.

The food here deserves special mention. Both the quality and quantity exceeded expectations. Every dish we ordered was well-prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. Portion sizes are generous, making it good value for money. Whether it was appetizers, main courses, or desserts, everything was served hot and presented nicely. The variety on the menu ensures that there’s something for everyone, and it caters well to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.

Service is another strong point. The staff is attentive, courteous, and quick to respond, which makes the dining experience smooth and pleasant. Orders arrived on time without long waits, and the staff was helpful in suggesting dishes as well.

Overall, Texas Towers combines great food, good portion sizes, and a lively ambience with efficient service. It’s a place worth revisiting, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience...
