Eden Villa, Chandigarh — Hotel in Punjab

We had booked this place under Saurabh Kala name for 25th Jan night. The hospitality was far less than appreciated. The gaming zone was barely used for half an hour before the hosts showed up to play themselves and basically kept standing and commenting and passing judgemental stares until we ourselves decided to let go as it was getting too much. The kitchen had no utensils and even the gas cylinder was taken away an hour after we checked in. The very concept of airbnb is that we should be getting a well set kitchen which wasn't abided by. The prices for food served are absolutely outrageous - 50 rs for the smallest cup of coffee and 120rs for a plate of poha... Nope absolutely nope. The rooms at this property are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the caretaker's behavior is a major letdown.

He was extremely rude, even going as far as knocking on doors at midnight to ask for money, despite full payment being made online. The owner acknowledged the caretaker's inappropriate conduct, explaining that he is trying to support his family. But this does little to excuse the caretaker's unprofessional actions.

In the end, the nice accommodations are overshadowed by the caretaker's unacceptable behavior. The midnight money demands are unacceptable and make for an uncomfortable stay. The owner needs to address this issue with the caretaker immediately to improve the...

The villa has very good greenery. The service provided by them is very good. I got one room over there,it had all the amenities. The room was clean,There was AC,TV,&WIFI service. Food is available on purchase basis. There is a drawing hall and kitchen than can be used commonly by all. Each room has attached bathroom. The bathrooms are sufficiently big and clean.A balcony is also there to enjoy the view. The owner was very friendly in assisting with any issues over there.
