I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. My order was delayed by over an hour and a half, with no communication or updates provided during the wait. I tried reaching out to customer support to understand what was going on, but instead of offering any help or a simple apology, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The person I spoke to seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue and acted as if I was bothering them by asking for basic information. It’s frustrating enough to wait so long for a delivery, but to be treated with such a lack of respect on top of that is unacceptable.
