Having money and investing by opening a Restaurant. Have good product but no processes, no level of service standards. I went yesterday with my wife for dinner, heard alot about it, but it was like a nightmare. The roof top is not at all safe for girls, it's same like THEKA TRAVEN. Full of men, smoking on all tables, getting their own packets of chakna and small alcohol bottles. We saw ourselves people taking out quarters from there pockets and enjoying there. Family restaurant, is good but restaurant staff don't even tell their guest not to sit on sofa with feets up. Boys were dining with chappal removed, siffing in half pants with both legs up on the couch. What kind of fine dining it is. Prices are expensive than any chandigarh popular restaurant, I dont know the strategy behind it but a big fail, SO COSTLY for no service and such ambiance. We ordered soya chaap in snacks and it was RAW. Vinegar onions were not even dipped in vinegar. Shakes, smoothies cost around 350 to 400 that too made of juices, kitchen team don't have fresh fruits to make it. I AM A HOTELIER, and know basics very well. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK, NOT EVEN RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. if you have to spend so much money for this Theka traven roof top, then better go to any other decent place. I am giving this feedback, so that you can improve if you want to take it positively. You should check the CCTV footages amd see how your guest are, they are rich but don't have mannerism at all. The staff should be taught to politely tell the guest, how to behave. All the best to people going...
Read moreThe food here is great in terms of taste which is probably the only good thing about this place. Quantity/ portion size feels small when compared to other restaurants offering similar menu items. Price seem to pinch the pocket when seen from perspective of the quantity of the dish provided and that too when prices of the same dish is compared to other restaurants that are providing it at somewhat lesser prices be it dal or chicken curry or whatever. Undoubtedly, the dishes we tried - butter chicken, paneer butter masala, dal makhni taste was superb but overall mixed experience coming here for...
Read moreHad the worst and most disappointing food experience ever. Darjeeling veggie "dimsums" tasted nothing like dimsums; the dough covering was too thick and hard and the filling inside tasted horrible! Had to throw them away. These were momos really because of the thick dough but it would be wrong to call them that even because Rs 40 momos taste better than this Rs 220 ripoff! And they were served with ketchup!!! Better to eat from a street vendor, even they will give better dipping sauces. Total waste of...
