FabHotel Prime K9 Grand — Hotel in Punjab

The experience was pathetic, from the moment i entered , I booked through make my trip and the guy in reception was not willing to give me room , he told me to get me talk to make my trip and didn’t talked in front of me , make my trip customer care told me to that , we already discussed about room tariff , if they don’t give you , u can cancel , upon my request they gave me room tariff,,, now while check out , they refused to give me GST invoice printed by hotel by saying we have some internal issue and can’t disclose to you , we can’t give you GST invoice printed by us , also the food was very simple and not great , the service was delayed everytime , didn’t expected this since I have been to all major hotels across india , I shared GST no of my company also Still they didn’t shared me invoice

Very first it’s not a 3 star hotel it’s a normal hotel This was my second visit too the hotel but this time the first thing which happened is too be noted NO HOT WATER NO TOWELS NO DOOR MATS in bathroom not in room I called too the reception they said there geyser is not working and no need off hot water its a hot climate no one ask as for hot water after that they gave us water in bucket and gave us a mug for shower service was very slow it’s heavily raining out side and they say it’s a hot weather think thrice before staying here there wall paper off rooms are falling down water gun was not working and the female manger attitude was in top so...

Nice place to visit while traveling with family or personally. I liked their service when I visited their restaurant for the first time . In 2022 , I visited there to travel to Golden Temple with my whole family. The place was nice and having mouthwatering meals by them. I liked their room having air conditioning & free wifi. There room service is outstanding. I love to visit there for future plans. It cost us a very affordable price with high...
