The best thing pizzas are favourite of all age groups. Pizza hut, pavilion mall is a nice place. It is situated on two floor in mall and the upper one is best to sit and enjoy your cheesy pizza with chilled beverages. Nice view of the city from that place. Has good interior and satisfactory service. If you pay via paytm you may get some cash back. I got 30/-

Very Disappointed with the Staff Behavior

I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut in Pavilion Mall. The main issue was with a staff member named Harmanjot Kaur, who was extremely rude and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. She spoke in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, which completely ruined the dining experience. It’s unfortunate to see such behavior from staff at a reputed brand like Pizza Hut. Definitely not visiting this outlet again unless they improve their staff training and attitude...

I wish i could give 0 stars for the service and behaviour of the staff. The lady named Harman doesn’t know how to smile & greet customers. These are general etiquettes. Also she doesn’t present clear picture of the menu that what really the rate will be. I felt type of misguided even after asking. If Pizza Hut wants to survive then they really need to teach staff how to satisfy customer.
