HOTEL CASIO — Hotel in Punjab

Mr Eshaan is a very friendly and caring person and takes good care and goes out of way to see that you are very comfortable while staying at Hotel Casio. He even put special tv channels & Netflix which my wife wanted to see. .The rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are also hygenically kept clean. Our 2 pet dogs felt homely and were happy here wagging their tails . This is also a pet friendly place. We enjoyed staying here. On Mr Eshaan 's advise, we enjoyed eating delicious food at places reccomended by him and enjoyed site seeing wonderful places and loved Batinda and the local very courteous people so much. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Big parking space and ample areas for early morning walk. Will surely stay here again on our next visit and highly Reccomended this...

Rooms and location is good However pathetic experience No functioning electricity Cannot even charge your phone Promised heater and when didn't work no money refund Exhaust in bathroom doesn't work No taxi or cab available for railway station as promised Their electric boards have water dripping down prone to short circuits It's better to stay in a railway station guest house for 200-300 rs in matters of comfort This place is only looks and no service
