"Extremely Disappointing Service!"

I recently ordered pizzas from Dominic Pizza for my children, expecting a smooth and timely experience. However, after waiting for an hour with no update, I called the store to check on my order. To my complete disappointment, Ms. Gurvinder, who claimed to be the store manager, informed me that my order was not processed. When I asked for a solution, she simply said, "we can't do anything," with no apology or offer to resolve the issue.

This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only was there a total lack of accountability, but the dismissive attitude also made the situation worse. One of the most pathetic delivery service. The drivers drive without a helmet and without any traffic rules are either on phone or intoxicated in the lala land most of the times. Refrain from ordering especially if your delivery guy is Abhinandan. Shame that a chain like Dominick is employing such I'll tempered and shameless guys like abhinandan.

Riders don't know how to drive and will not only destroy and hot other people on the road but will misbehave even if you are a woman.
