Hotel Maharaja — Hotel in Punjab

I stay in this hotel many time. The hotel has been renovated recently and before the renovation the place was really in pathetic condition but you can't expect more with this price tag. Few rooms , especially on the rode side view are better to live the other are really in ugly condition. While staying in hotel like this you always need to take care your belongings your self as the security measures are not available at this place. The hotel staff also behaves very weirdly. I never had food at this place. I dont know how they manage tea and breakfast at that place. If you have family with you, please donot stay at this place. The bathroom really required cleaning...

I booked this hotel online and even after so much discount, I didn't find it to be a good deal. First of all they give preference to offline customers. I booked a luxury room but was provided a normal room since it was winters AC was not required at that time. Although the room was average but I booked a luxury room and should be provided a luxury room. Another thing I felt was bad was the food prices. They were very high for the quantity they are providing. Owners and staff are nice and helpful, but they should not loot customers like this. I felt cheated so I didn't book for another night and shifted to another hotel instead since my stay...

i stayed here 4 nights eventhough i informed them early arrival and the reply in phone was cum sir we will arrange, seen was soo different after arrival answer is no rooms available because you booked through a hotel aggrigator and your check in will be after 12pm only. charged me 500rs extra to allot other room that too after discussion of about 1.5hrs with goibibo customer care. if he dont want to give hotel, he could have told me we wont allow early check in but troubling after arrival is disgusting. and the owner too rude he says you cancel your booking if you want it seems.||||location - near to railway station only...
