Maharaja Palazzo — Hotel in Punjab

When I first saw this place from outside, I was too excited because it looks so grand and appealing. Today I got the chance to visit this place and it was all sudden and I regretted being under dressed. Maharaja Palazzo has the most amazing interiors that will sparkle right when you enter. On your right, you have Sagar Ratna which you all know is famous for its Dahi Vada. But I wasnt in any mood for south indian so we chose the multicuisin restaurant of Maharaja Palazzo that is on 3rd floor; the gourmet studio. The seating was grand and the staff was courteous to get us seated. There were two local singers too who sang melodious songs from my mom dad's youth.

Now, the food! Oh it was too good to be true. We began with Manchow soup and Cream of mushroom soup and we absolutely loved every bite of those. The next was something like cheese corn roll but with a filling of diced paneer, bell peppers and corns; amazing in all ways. Then for the main course we had Paneer Lababdar and Dal Makhni with tandoori naans. Dal Makhni was the show stopper for us. I dont think I have had this great dal since a long time.

Attended two functions here one in Capri hall and one in ambience hall

Capri hall is bit small hall so its ideal of 20-40 persons gathering But on the contrary Ambience is much more spacious and ideal for a gathering of 100-120

Overall they really offer a high level service especially in terms of cooperation & coordination and catering. Their snacks and hospitality are much moree better than most of the hotels in Ludhiana but there is a one thing due to which I had given them 4 stars is decoration
