The Olivia Bar and Kitchen — Restaurant in Punjab

This place is completely doing unethical things. I made the booking through Swiggy dine out and the offer of discount was on the full bill amount. When the final bill was made the prices were different from the drinks menu provided to me on WhatsApp and the physical menu they showed me. Then later they decided to correct it and asked me to pay directly rather than Swiggy. They told me that a discount is applicable on the amount before tax and for liquor I have to pay separately. After discussions and little argument i showed them what offer I had through Swiggy they agreed. And there were 1-2 items that were extra on the bill as well. I think they feel like people don't check their bills before paying so they can do anything about it. They are taking GST on the items with MRP like water bottles and coke cans which is ethically not correct. They are changing for ice as well. The rest if I talk about food, service and ambience it was average. I am highly disappointed by the things they did with me. I will not recommend this...

Dnt go to this so called Bar & Kitchen at all! Service is pathetic. There were a total of 8 people on 3 tables including 4 of us at 7pm! Not attentive at all. We had ordered pizza and double decker mushroom 🙄 starters, average taste, all delayed. panneer, musroom tikka as starters unavailable.mocktails delayed, wrong mocktail given, they also didnt know what they have served. Then around 8pm, the DJ guy was a moron who increased the sound level so much that our ear had pain, he didn't listen to our requests to decrease the volume even though we were the only guests at that time! Then we had to complain to the manager! We didn't take further...

The food was really highclass and delicious but the service made the contrast and atmosphere don't even get me started on it it was a total disaster visiting there like the staff is so impolite I don't know if it's only with me but they were talking to me like I was a homeless beggar just because I was dressed modest I just wanted to have a relaxed lunch but I guess 🙂 this how things works if the staff judges customers by they their outfits then I can't even think how rude the management would be I'll never visit the place where I was...
