The Eminence Hotel — Hotel in Punjab

I recently stayed at Hotel Eminence in Chandigarh and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room was a major concern—there were cobwebs around in the bathroom specially, and it was not clean at all. The bed sheet and linen did not feel fresh or properly washed, which was quite disappointing. The overall hygiene standards fell short of expectations.

The hotel is in a very good location, food in the hotel is not up to standard. Rooms are spacious but denting painting is done on many walls and in few rooms as well which shows the hotel building is very old. Windows are big and a lot of sunlight fills the room during the day.
