The Grand Hotel — Hotel in Punjab

This hotel was the part of stay in our 9 days tour, out of 9 days we stayed at The Grand Hotel for two days and it was excellent out of all. Hotel staff services were really impressive, i had never ever enjoyed this kind of services before, Great view of the hotel nice surrounding and amazing atmosphere of the hotel made our stay very satisfied and beautiful, check in time warm welcoming by hotel staff and management helped us to get our booked room, nice flooring cleaning was neatly done room was very specious, full with all facilities which we really expected beautifully colored wall fresh bed sheets, Sofa, AC, TV all things were usable enjoyed nothing was bad...

I stayed from 10th to 12th Feb 2020. Stayed in room no. 101. This being an approved hotel for our company. Mr. Balbir GM of the hotel is very enthusiastic person. The staff are also good and so is the food. Needs improvement in the following. 1.only Luke warm water is coming in bathroom instead of Hot water.. Had to adjust since no corrective action was taken to resolve. 2.the heaters provided in the room are old and needs repair The staff replaced them twice in my room. Lot of noise is generated from the kitchen during early mornings probably gas cylinder shifting etc which is causing disturbance to...

We, a group of 13 persons, have checked in 6 Rooms for one night on 17/11. Rooms are not clean as shown in photos. Room service & reception service is very poor. Some basic room stuffs (hot cattle with coffee/tea/other pouches, towels, others, etc.) not provided inspite of reminder to reception more than 15 times. AC not working in one room, TV remote not available in one room. Water jugs in all the rooms were dirty/rusty looks like not cleaned for several days or months.
