Hotel Bay Inn — Hotel in Puri

Please don't go by the all the great reviews written here. Let me give you my honest experience about this place. My family and I decided to stay in this hotel based on the reviews which was our biggest. The location is horrible, and if it rains at the time of your stay. God you will be stuck in the room. Second the care taker Lipu Rana, an absolute drunkard. He would be drunk every night. The days when we were staying there was absolutely no one in the hotel. Only my family so just imagine how horrible this place is. They don't have their very own restaurant. The care takers were careless. No toiletries were provided by the hotel. And last but not the least every night at about 2-3 AM some random men would come to the hotel with 2-3 cars and bikes. Just imagine the situation absolutely unsafe. And the travel agency number they would give is again a big fraud. His name is Anil. He will missguide you in everything just to earn some money. PLEASE DONT GO WITH YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOTEL, IT IS MY EARNEST REQUEST TO ALL. I HAVE SUFFERED AND I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH THIS SITUATION 🙏🙏 . this place doesn't...

I had the most terrible experience by booking this hotel Bay inn. This is my personal experience and be careful about this hotel. Please read carefully before booking this hotel. It was a family trip for 5 days and we booked this hotel. But after reaching the hotel, it was a mere disappointment for us as the hotel is located far far away from beach from the main city and also from puri temple. The hotel rooms are very shabby not at all well maintained. Moreover around 1-2am in the midnight some cars and bikes came with suspicious persons and they went on screaming the entire night. So the very next day we decided to leave the hotel, but while checking out they asked us to pay the entire amount of 5days. But actually we have stayed there for only 1 night. Then they started abusing us and called local Goons, and ended beating me, my wife and my 70yrs old father. Please be carefull...

Worst experience ever. Location is far from the main city. Market is long in distance. Mahaprabhu mandir is also so far. The road is very poor in condition. They called us to provide at least 5000 re advance. But I gave them 2000 rs. After reaching at the property they were not receiving ph calls, several of times we called them but they did not respond. We went with our parents they are old in their age, that moment was rediculus. We took another hotel to stay and called them to refund our money they just told me to cancel the hotel and we will refund you, but they lie and block my number.
