Krishna Sea Sight Resort Puri — Hotel in Puri

We are thankful to kiran tourism for making our tour so smooth n hassle free.we chalked out this trip with them n they made it beautiful. Right from our check in till the time we stayed,everything was taken care by Kiran tourism. They r extremely professional and understands precisely to the needs of the guests. I have traveled extensively across India in collaboration with many Tourism companies but I would like to admit that this was by far my best exp with any travel company. From the kind of room that we asked for to the sight seeing they took care of every aspect n the best part is they r extremely economical. I would like to recommend them to all my near n dear ones for their future travel plans.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and our pet at Redstone. The property is huge n extremely beautiful just like a residential society ..calm and very safe.The rooms r super spacious with a sit out where one can relax in the evening .. Washroom is well equipped with a big sized bath tub..interiors are done very tastefully. Staff is courteous and everyone is following the basic covid protocols.. The property has a squeaky clean swimming pool n a lovely children's play area. My kid had a gala time there..being a Lil away from the sea (walkable distance) we were spared from the hustle bustle of the sea side .. Food is very yummy. They take a little time cause they prepare it fresh for you ..not the usual way of reheating the food that hotels generally do ..for my kid they customized the food n were always a call away for Any help.. Prices were very economical for the fully furnished 1 bhk studio apartments that they provide. Power cut,if happens then its only for a few minutes. the management is very watchful that the guests have a memorable stay. Very few pet friendly resorts are so good in all aspects. We had booked five rooms for 13 family members. The room's size were good as shown in the picture. The resort also look good from outside as shown in the picture. However, as unpacked our luggages and explored more, we found many faults, which ruined our trip. All room's locks were broken, ac was not working & ac remote was also missing, swimming pool was unclean. Basic requirements like towel, soap were also missing and coffee, milk powder, sugar provided in our rooms were all expired. We got lock repaired and got towel and other basic requirements on request. However service was very slow. We reached the hotel by evening at 6pm and we were told that the driver accomodation would be arranged by 11 pm. At 11pm they backed down from their own words, which make it for us to find accommodation for driver at late night. Moreover, the owner who was calling us again and again when for confirming the booking before now had switched off his mobile to leave us at this situation. After one and hours of contacting different people & argument with general manager, we got our problem solved. Wait, the problems doesn't here. We went there their restaurant too to have dinner and there also their service is pathetic. Even the restaurant was empty, we had to wait for more than an hour for our order to be executed. And talking about complimentary breakfast, I had no ever had this quality of food in my life till date. It was so bad. The name of resort is sea sight, but for beach you will have to walk or take auto to some distance. After all those poor service, we were forced to shift our hotel but we were charged extra money for those day. In short, I couldn't understand for what they are charging exorbitant price. We booked a room for 21st to 26th on block number 11, 3B. We booked through Subrat- also the owner of Subrat Home Stay on AirBnb. Let me start by saying that we didn't know, we were walking into a huge scam. We had paid the advance for the room in July. We had also taken the driver -RamaChandra Mohapatra, upon Subrat's reference. First, the driver truly took us for a ride. He kept on asking for money, even after paying him advance,in July, every other month. He arrived 12 hours late - morning at 10:05 am-20th. He was supposed to arrive on 19th, 10 pm. He kept my diabetic father and high pressure patient awake all night- by saying he was 30 mins away. Even Subrat, the owner kept saying the driver is right- even though the live location of the driver said something else. Upon arrival, he was rude and stopped at shady spots for a puff. When we arrived at the flat, we were informed that food will be available from the restaurants inside the complex. Even the access to the swimming pool is chargeable and extra. We were charged for more money for LPG, per day basis, by Subrat, which was never mentioned. We were supposed to return by Ramachandra's car. Instead, he took more money and never showed up. Subrat remained omnious. All in all, the room has no cleaning service, the block was shady, and the lift gave off electric shocks. Don't go by Subrat or his homestay on AirBnb or normal reference. He is a liar...
