Worst hotel experience ever! The manager was extremely rude,liar and unprofessional behaviour, with zero sense of customer service. They don’t even provide a basic water bottle at night, and when asked for an extra bedsheet or pillow, they completely refused. The AC was not working even after I booked for an AC room, and when I complained, they didn’t bother to fix it or offer any solution. On top of that, their attitude was arrogant and disrespectful.
