I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my negative feedback about this establishment as a cautionary take for future travelers. The reviews must be all fake, otherwise I can´t explain the popularity of this hotel. Unfortunately that is the case with most hotels in India and i strongly suggest you look for the bad reviews first; it appeared to be true. First and foremost, the cleanliness of this hotel was abysmal. The room I stayed in was not clean at all, and it was very dirty. The lack of cleanliness was evident from the moment I entered the room, with dust and grime visible on various surfaces. The condition of the room left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were far from professional. It was evident that they lacked experience in the tourism industry and appeared to be locals with no prior training in hospitality. Yes, they were polite, that was all. You can´t pay by card!!! The bathroom in the room was extremely dirty. It was clear that the cleaning standards were subpar, and I felt uncomfortable using the facilities. A dirty bathroom is simply unacceptable in any lodging establishment. Lastly, the room had a persistent, unpleasant odor, making my stay even more uncomfortable. The combination of the smelly room and the overall lack of cleanliness made for an unpleasant and regrettable experience. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by its lack of cleanliness, unprofessional staff, cash-only policy, dirty bathroom, and a persistent unpleasant odor in the room. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay, and I sincerely hope that they take steps to address these issues for the sake of future guests.

I stayed during the busiest time of the year - holi festival. The place was full to the brim and the staff where a little overwhelmed by the mess left behind every morning by the parties from the night before. They were up early everyday cleaning up disrespectfully people's rubbish and I take my hat off to them for that. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the outside garden was cleaned twice a day. The verandahs were swept and moped twice daily also. Every morning the guys cleaned the pool as well. The staff seem to be local fellows and weren't super professional but they were learning and they were friendly and courteous and that's all you can ask for. The hotel is far enough away so you don't here the hussle of the street traffic but still close enough to walk into town or nearby cafes for coffee etc.

I request you to not come here! I am a resident of Ajmer and have been visiting Pushkar since 12 years. And I have been to a lot of places! Good and bad, cheap and expensive! But this is hands down the worst place I have stayed in the whole time. I got served pink chilly paneer and I don't really know why. When asked I was told that that's the right way of preparing chilly paneer. The pool is just unbearably dirty and unusable. Rooms are decently big though.

You can't miss this hotel. It's very neat and clean. The rooms are big and so are bathrooms. There is a nice big well maintained garden where you can sit with your family and dine. During winter, they have arrangements for bon-fire. The food served is always fresh and very tasty. The hotel owner is a very kind person. He helped us with good discounts, desert safari arrangements and other information. The 4 staff in the hotel Prahlad, Prakash, Vishnu and Hemraj are always there to help you with anything you want. I will give it 100/100 coz of the lovely experience and courteous behavior. I must add that our desert safari driver Rahul was equally good. Thoroughly enjoyed the desert...
