I wanted to express my appreciation for the superior service we receive every time we visit D-Bungalow outlet in Udaipur. In particular, Mrs. Sonia Dave, who is very helpful and deserves a great deal of praise for her excellent customer service. We are amazed at the consistency in her performance and willingness to go the extra mile to hear our feedbacks and at the same time, making sure we are served well and taken care of at the homestay in best possible ways.

Hence, I was very eager to provide a positive feedback about her on behalf of all my co-workers and entire Arcgate employee network. D Bungalow is a must stay if you really like Homestay's. Sonia aunty manages the whole place extremely carefully and takes care of each and every guest.

I've been here multiple times and each time she has made sure that our stay was extremely comforting.

I have found the place to be neat and tidy every time I go there. All the amenities are maintained very carefully which with my experience of living in Airbnb properties I know is a very tough task.

Additionally, Sonia Aunty is an amazing host she gives an extremely homely feeling to us all. She remembers small - small things about each member of the group which can only happen if someone really cares.
