This place is a disappointment. We ordered palak paneer which not even looked disappointing but tasted the worst. They literally messed up the preparation and they couldn’t get it right even after explaining them the problem. The palak was cut and into thin slices as if it’s sarson ka saag. The gravy was yellow in colour which is so not acceptable because it should be green. No creaminess. No taste. Just oil and 4 pieces of panner. I visited Gardenia with family on Sunday after entire days recreational activity for dinner. I was exhausted and wanted a delicious treat for family. I ordered the food and explained the chef about our preferences. The service staff was prompt and handled us with care. The food arrived and it was above expectations. We are here in Udaipur for a short vacation. Full day site seeing and exhausted and searching for a nice restaurant. Suddently, found TGR near to my location returning from Pichola lake. Firstly, the look and ambience was great. Secondly, the food was awesome above standard. And last but not the least, support staff was so calm and professional.
