I recently visited Sankalp Restaurant in Udaipur and found the experience quite disappointing. The menu options were not very clear and had unnecessarily confusing names, which made ordering difficult. Instead of helping, the person taking the order pointed his finger at the rates as if that was the focus, rather than understanding that I simply wanted a basic Masala Dosa and a Mysore Masala Dosa.
The food itself was average in taste, and to make matters worse, the sambar was served cold. The atmosphere and cleanliness were also not up to the mark.
Overall, it was an underwhelming experience and certainly not what one would expect from a restaurant with such a big name. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking good food and courteous...
