Hari niwas - A boutique garden resort Mount abu — Hotel in Rajasthan

Rooms were not clean ,bedshests, blankets all were very untidy,basic amenities were missing . For every basic things a room should have we had to ask for the hotel staff and repeatedly do follow up and for that follow up every time we had to go to the reception since telephone line was also not working in room and even after reaching at reception what we see is that there is no one there that was so frustrating . And all above that is one thing that all the rain water was flowing into the rooms it just looked like swimming pool not a room as whole floor was full of water and even for some parts bed was wet too. Rats were roaming inside the rooms. Even for some hours powersupply was also cut. For a room price of more than Rs 5000 per night I can’t just say it was not worth but it was the worst experience we ever had in any hotel till now. It was too much to pay for such a terrible stay...

The place was utterly mismanaged. The room was extremely dirty- the sheets and curtains were stained and the all their blankets were dirty. There were insects crawling in through the floormats. The so-called "Deluxe" room was tiny with an even tinier bathroom. Lights and geyser didn't work half of the time, even the room phone was out of service!!!! The hotel owner is very rude and his way of talking is very bad. Electricity problem occurs again and again .And If u stay in this hotel, u can see cockroaches🪳 roaming in the room . I would suggest not to stay in this hotel. No Manager is available at night. If u call the owner or manager at night for any problem they will talk very rudely and will not provide any solution for the problem.
