Heena Heritage Resort — Hotel in Rajasthan

This review isn’t based on my stay from 29th sept 2025 to October 2nd 2025. It’s a newly built hotel though. In simple words to be straight, the hotel is just awesome, just go for it considering its value for money and the amenities and services provided considering the price. Located a bit on the outskirts of jaipur but nearby amer fort which is a must see location, I would say location is satisfactory making it a quiet escape from city buzz.

Feels like living in a small palace. Ask the service personnel are well mannered, behaved and responsive to the customer needs.

Constant use of room fresheners throughout the hotel in all corridors and lobby. Frequently cleaned and maintained.

Since it’s newly built the overall food menu is very minimal and just enough meet the needs. And primarily veg based. However it is newly built and they will update the menu sooner. And the overall food quality is amazing for the very reasonable and affordable pricing.

Better to have a taxi or vehicle if considering this hotel.

Overall the experience is amazing. Satisfied all the basic needs. Swimming pool is well maintained too. Dedicated switches for room service and house keeping. Any number of water bottles aren’t charged.

It was a pleasure to be their guest on the opening day of their restaurant on 2nd October dussehra festival.

They are trying their best to provide the best to their clients.

Cons : some internet connectivity issues persist for which they are still working on. The WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms of 1st floor and so is the cellular data. Inconsistent network connectivity for Airtel users as of now.

Some use and throw cotton made slippers can be provided in the rooms if possible

Can consider to add hair dryer in the rooms, bathroom or maybe on a request basis...

The rooms and the hotel architecture in general felt gorgeous! They provide excellent traditional Indian Vegetarian breakfast and dinner buffet. Options for Non-Veg items are however limited.||Because of issues with bathroom fittings and sub-par customer service, I have to ding the rating a couple of notches.||The check-in experience was marred because the front desk staff were not aware of the documentation required from International Travelers. They kept asking for an Aadhar Card that is issued to Indian Citizens. Also, they were unwilling to provide more than one key fob. There were some issues with room service. Also, the telephone handset in the room had the operator key incorrectly labelled. So we had to go down to the front desk a couple of times. They did not honor the 7:30 am start time for breakfast, communicated during our check-in. By the time the Breakfast Buffer was laid out, it would be 8:20 am.||Issues with bathroom: Because of improper placement of the shower head, the entire bathroom would get flooded when taking a shower. There was a small glass partition, but the shower head location extended outside of this area. Also, the hot water temperature was set to scalding hot. Can lead to burn injuries if you don't set the knob all the way towards the cold water setting. There were no lights on the Vanity Mirror. You have to depend on the ceiling light that casts a shadow on your face.||If the hotel is able to fix these issues, it can become a great place to stay for all...
