Nestled on the outskirts of the historic city of Jaipur, the Nahargarh Lion Safari Park is a hidden gem for wildlife enthusiasts. As I navigated my way through the park using Google Maps, the journey itself was an adventure, with scenic routes leading to the heart of the sanctuary.

The entrance greeted me with a sense of anticipation, and as I ventured further into the park, the diversity of flora and fauna was immediately evident. The well-maintained trails made it easy to explore the park, and the Google Maps directions were accurate, guiding me effortlessly through the winding paths.

One of the highlights of my visit was the majestic lion enclosure. The spacious and naturalistic setting allowed these magnificent creatures to roam freely. Google Maps played a crucial role in ensuring I didn't miss any of the key viewing points, providing clear directions to each enclosure.

The park's commitment to conservation and education was evident in the information centers strategically placed throughout. Google Maps not only guided me to these educational hubs but also provided interesting trivia about the various species residing in the park.

The park's maintenance and cleanliness were noteworthy, contributing to a positive overall experience. Google Maps reviews had prepared me for this, and I was pleased to see that the positive feedback was well-deserved. Clean restrooms and well-maintained picnic areas added to the visitor-friendly atmosphere.

The park staff was knowledgeable and friendly, offering guided tours for a deeper understanding of the wildlife and conservation efforts. Thanks to Google Maps, I was able to schedule one of these informative tours, enhancing my appreciation for the park's mission.

In conclusion, the Nahargarh Lion Safari Park in Jaipur, as experienced through Google Maps, offers a seamless blend of adventure, education, and conservation. ● TUESDAY CLOSED

● Verdict: ✔️ It's really a good place to hang out with kids. Zoo and all the enclosures are well built, spacious and very clean. Even for adults it's an interesting place.

● Timings:⏰ 15 Oct - 14 March 9am-5pm Last entry at 5pm. They blow whistle to get the zoo vacate at 530pm.

15 March - 14 Oct 8.30am - 5.30pm

● Size of the zoo:⭕️ All the enclosures are made along with a big circular pathway. It takes aprx 2 hrs to visit all animals.

● Is it Safari or Zoo? 🚌🐯 It's both. Both are separate entities but located beside each other. Both have different tickets prices.

If you buy combined tickets (safari+zoo) of both (Rs 300/person) they will book your seat for a canter. The canter will first take you to Lion safari and then will drop you at the entrance of the zoo.

● Ticket prices:💲 For Zoo: Indians Rs. 50/- Students: 20/- Foreigners: Rs 300/-

For Safari: Canter: Rs 250/seat (person)

● IMPORTANT: 📣 The moment you reach the Zoo, you will be utterly confused initially as where to park your vehicle and what to do?

DO THIS:👇

  1. Once you enter the premises, in the left (of the circle) there is a huge parking lot. Park your vehicle there.
  2. Come out and buy the tickets for zoo or safari or both.
  3. If Safari: Sit down in your designated canter. If Zoo: Hire an electric Rickshaw. Rs15/20/person or Rs90 for 6 people. The Rickshaw will drop you at the entrance of Zoo which is 1km away from the ticket window. OR You can walk as well.

Give a thumbs up if it's useful...

🌿 Peaceful and Worth Visiting! / शांत और देखने लायक जगह! Nahargarh Biological Park is a must-visit if you're in Jaipur and love nature & wildlife. It's located in the Aravalli hills, just a short drive from the city. The atmosphere is clean, green, and very peaceful. यहाँ बाघ, शेर, तेंदुआ, भालू, हिरण और कई तरह के पक्षी देखने को मिलते हैं। सफारी और वॉकिंग ट्रेल्स दोनों बहुत अच्छे हैं। 🦁 You can see tigers, lions, leopards, bears, deer and many birds in natural surroundings. The safari experience was exciting and informative. The park is well-maintained and perfect for families, couples, or solo nature lovers. 📸 Don’t forget your camera — photography lovers will enjoy this place a lot! Entry fees are very reasonable. ✅ Highly recommended for tourists looking to explore the wild side of Rajasthan. 5 stars from my side! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nahargarh Biological Park is a very charming place, but Those who give tickets at the ticket counter are very ill-mannered people, they dominate everyone and shout at people and not only this, all the people living there take their side and are always ready to fight. They fight people from the front and threaten them that if they speak too much, they will not be able to go back from there. I would request the government to remove such staff from there and replace them with people of calm nature. Otherwise Here all the wild animals are kept in separate cages. Come here early in the morning to see all the animals because they are sleeping in the afternoon. This is a very entertaining place for children and adults alike. Here everyone can enjoy roaming safely and happily and observing animals.
