Our stay at Hotel Ajeet Palace was quite disappointing. The fan, AC, and geyser were not working, and despite several reminders, none of the issues were resolved. I had requested at 8 AM to keep some beverages in the fridge, but this was done only by 8 PM.

On the previous night around 11 PM, when I reminded them about the extra bed that had been discussed earlier, the staff simply said that service was not available at that hour.

During check-in, we had informed them that our infant daughter was unwell and requested to cancel one night’s stay, but the management refused. We eventually checked out the next day at 10 PM.

We were given top floor rooms(2 rooms) , the room size was so small that after keeping luggage(2 bags) there was no space to even walk in room. And bathroom was also shabby. The only USP of this was the view from their 4th floor. Girls and biys gang were drinking and smoking and gossiping loudly on the floor which was very disgusting view. The amount paying for the room is not at all worth. There was power cut and no hot water from gyser and we had to wait for power to restore to get hot water.
