Hotel Grand Maple — Hotel in Rajasthan

Room service is worst. They gave us twin bed room instead of double bedroom to our family. At the time of check in they told us that they will change our room to double bed room or provide us extra bed in our room in night. But in night they neither changed our room nor provided us extra bed, even after our so many requests, they told that rooms and extra beds both are not available. It was really difficult to spend night in that room as our kids had to sleep on sofa without bedsheets and pillow.

As I mentioned above, the room service was really pathetic; after the complimentary water bottles (2 bottles of 500 ml), they do not provide extra water bottles in room, even on payment. After so many times of our request and atleast after 45 minutes they provided us drinking water, but in opened seal/ used water bottles. When we told that we will not accept these used water bottles, they told that they do not have the packed water bottles of known/popular brands, but have only the bottles of some unknown brand which were for Rs. 115/- each.

The experience of complementary breakfast was also bad due to poor service and no availability of required items. The items which were available, were also not served hot. You will have to wait for atleast 45 mins to 1 hour for omlette or parantha. During your breakfast if you need anything, every time you have to stand from chair and go to service yourself, as they will not serve you anything on your table.

Absolutely Horrendous Experience!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The moment we entered the room, the stench hit us like a brick wall. The lobby area outside the room was wet, making it feel even more disgusting. The pillowcases were filthy, covered in stains, and the room had spots everywhere—on the walls, the furniture, and especially the carpet, which was dirty and reeked.

The bed was another nightmare. The bedsheet didn’t even fit the bed properly—it was only half the size! We requested a new quilt four times, and each one was dirtier than the last. The staff didn’t care at all; they even placed the quilt on the floor before handing it to us, adding to the filth.

The bathroom was another disaster. It stunk terribly, and the towels provided had holes in them. Even the bed quilt had holes. This place is a complete joke when it comes to cleanliness and basic hygiene. Avoid at all...
