Flagship Hotel Grand Decor — Hotel in Rajasthan

Worst experience with hotel and oyo. Denied booking and asked us to pay 500 per person for checkin. Rooms were filthy, no space, no toiletries, AC not working, had to fight 1 hr for the issue. No room service ,smelly rooms. Oyo does not provide any resolution at the same time. Receptionist arrogant, manager is not worthy of being a manager, no knowledge of the business and how it operates. According to them, they have no agreement with oyo and that just a person came in and listed their hotel with them. Stupidity at its peak. Scam is going on with every other customer I had read reviews of. Oyo has no solution to this either. Had to pay huge amount for a room that is not even worth...

Be aware guys Oyo is a big scam they dont book directly and i gave an advance money thorough oyo and the hotel they just book with oyo website but the hotel is not informed about that and when we go to the hotel they just ask for extra money and does not accept the booking.

Even the owner and there staff try to fool you.

The actual name of property is “ Hotel Grand Eagle” and in Oyo they registered as a “grand decor”. This hotel is not for a family it is located in a industrial area so be aware before book this hotel if you are coming with your family.
