Extremely Disappointed – Please Avoid This Scam Website
I had ordered a Golden Sand Elegant Kurta Set on 11th March 2025 for my girlfriend for the Eid occasion on 30th March 2025. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation or update about the order until 20th–22nd March. When I tried contacting them through their helpline, it took me 4–5 attempts before someone finally picked up.
I asked about my order status, and the person said it would take time. I told him it had already been 10–11 days, and we had ordered the outfit specifically for Eid. Then he said, “You should have informed us on Instagram that the order was urgent.” I was shocked. I asked, “Where is it mentioned that customers need to send a special message for urgent orders?”
Their shipping policy clearly states: “We religiously aim to ship the products within 3-5 working days, however it may take up to 12 to 15 working days to reach you.” I had placed the order well within the time frame.
After that, I was transferred to a senior staff member who assured me that the order would be delivered before Eid. But even by Eid, I didn’t receive any confirmation or delivery. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via calls and emails, they stopped responding.
Out of frustration, I finally sent a strong email stating that if they couldn’t fulfill my need, they should refund my money, or I would file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. Only after that did they reply, saying it would be shipped in 1–2 days.
Eventually, I received the item on 21st April 2025, a shocking 41 days (and 27 working days) after placing the order — just for a single kurta set. And that too, only after multiple requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
I am completely disappointed with this scam website. Please do not order from them. They do not value your time, emotions, or special occasions. Be cautious before trusting...

When I requested a refund, they claimed that refunds were not part of their policy and blamed me for not inquiring about it beforehand. Additionally, their Instagram page did not mention this policy anywhere.
Despite my concerns about their lack of transparency, they refused to address my complaint. After months of waiting without a refund, I requested an exchange instead. They agreed but informed me that my location did not have a pickup service available, so I had to courier the item myself. They promised to reimburse the ₹180 courier charges, but they never did.
