I booked this place looking at the good photos posted on Cleartrip. I opted the Deluxe Luxury room having a private balcony and bath tub thinking it would be a good one and my family would enjoy the stay, but there is saying..It comes out to be worst when it is expected much from a place. The same happened with us during our recent trip to Mt. Abu. First of all the welcome experience was very bad as the receptionist was very rude in receiving us. Secondly when we entered the room, it was not done well even when we checked in at 7pm in the evening. The toiletries, bath towels and room tray were not in place and we had to specifically call the reception to get the same. Finally in three rounds, he gave us the stuff which should have been there in the room or bathroom before allowing the guests to check in. There was No Heater at the place when the hotel management knows about the tempature in January especially at the places like Mt. Abu. To the great surprise was the door handles and knob, both were in poor order and there was no locking mechanism for the main door, so from a safety perspective it is not at all recommended. We were not given the correct room as shown in the Cleartrip portal photos. We were expecting a better room for the price paid but unfortunately it was the worst of all in our complete trip this season. Completely waste of money and time in searching this place online. Poorly maintained rooms, non welcoming staff and safety concerns. Not recommended for the people who visit My.Abu for a hill station experience. Better look for other hotels. Read moreBooked our stay for 1 night at this property. The Hotel is located near the Polo grounds and at a walking distance from the Nakki lake market and the lake itself. We reached the hotel at around 8 AM and asked for early check-in. The lady manager who sits at the lobby was really helpful and upgraded our room to the top floor and allowed us to check in immediately. Though, she charged an additional amount of INR 500 but considering her hospitality and kind- helpful behavior we agreed happily to it. The hotel staff were good, well behaved and helpful too.
The breakfast served were freshly cooked and did taste good but lacked continental items. Also, the only downside for us was the un-availability of the non-veg items(it is a veg hotel).
The room we stayed was at the top floor and has a balcony too. The view from the balcony is good and our stay was peaceful. Our room had all the amenities of a 3 star hotel but felt a bit old. I think a little renovation/maintenance would definitely make it better.
If one is planning to take a cab for sight seeing or to the next destination, please contact the manager of the hotel. The cabs arranged by the hotel are really good and at a cheaper rate compared to the ones at the market. We compared the prices at multiple places at mount abu and found the one at the hotel better.

Read moreI have been here twice and my second-time experience was horrible. I have booked this place for 2 nights by paying 5000 Rs. per night thinking this place will be the same as before and will give me the relaxing weekend that I was looking for. But the real story starts during the first night. My wife and I discovered the bed bugs in our bed and not only 1-2 but so many of them even crawling on T-shirts. We had no sleep during the night and I complained about it first in the morning. They understood the issue and gave me another room but what about the service that I should get for what I am paying at the time? So that's the one thing and also the food we ordered I don't think was good in taste. I think I better spend more than 2-3 thousand on other hotels and get better services. So please do not overlook the photos shared on google by others about how beautiful this place is because believe me, it was good before but now it's not. The manager and other people were supportive and do understand the concerns but still, I felt I lost the money by spending it here.
