I've booked this hotel from Staybook website at discounted price however Hotel just didn't acknowledge the booking done from this website. Initially they were asking me to cancel the booking and get the booking done offline at almost double the booking price. They were very rigid regarding early checkin and asking me to pay 60% of booking amount for early checkin. Thereafter, the room and washroom given were dirty and not maintained and further, wifi was not working and Manager was saying that he cannot do anything wrt it. Even that was not enough, on our 1 night stay there was power shortage and no backup was started. Not worth staying here seriously. Also the hotel is at a offshoot location from market.
I've read the reply, though normally I don't post review or reply but here after you chose to write down lies in your reply, i think I need to clear some things here. First of all, we have booked a room in your hotel at xyz price which was displayed at the website so either you should've told them not to list the room at that price or confirm or reject our booking. But instead you got us waited at your hotel for 2 hours when i told you to cancel it if you have problem with the discounted price so that we can go somewhere else but ultimately after getting us waited at your hotel, you confirmed the booking. And you didn't provide us any accomodation during that time.
About Early check-in, we had called you prior coming to your hotel and it was communicated that we have to pay extra Rs. 300 for early checkin and if we come after 10 am then you would provide us the accomodation without any extra charge provided room is available. And when we asked you for a room at 10.30 after you confirmed our booking you told us to pay extra 60% and yes, you gave me other option as well that I should cancel my booking and book through offline at just double the price and then you give us the room there and then. Ultimately we got the room at around 12 only.
So just stop you lies and if you have problem with any platform showing availability in your hotel at any price, you should've told them not to do that or take legal action against them. But you should not trouble your customers...

Read moreBudgeted hotel. Quiet and relaxing hotel. They worked on greenery and planted several trees. I have seen amla tree in their garden. Mango tree as well. If you want a quiet place then it is good but if you are looking towards more fun and some activities then this hotel is not what you are looking for. You can go to Zostel Pushkar for live activities and some in-house games.
Helping staff. They allowed for early check-in and on checkout they allowed us to put our stuff in their reception so that we could roam around. They provide Camel safari.
I found birds are chirping in the morning which is so mesmerizing which you want for a perfect relaxing holiday.
Staff strength is less which caused so much time of in room service and restaurant order as well.
Little upgrades in rooms are required. When we first entered the room its little stinky may smell from the toilet. Rooms size is big but it feels like they can improve and upgrade it. The major concern is that they don't provide welcome water bottles, those are chargeable.
Also they didn't provided tea and coffee packets as inroom facility. I guess they also don't provide kettle. But we asked for it and they provide it.
Additional they provide bon fire which...
