I have done a booking through goibibo for 2 couple. Just to make sure that my my booking is confirmed I have called to hotel customer care and confirmed that booking is done and they also told us you can come anytime and get check-in so we don't have an issue. After completion of whole day outing in Udaipur and went to the hotel at around 9:00 p.m. and the directly refused to give check in by telling that your order amount is a very less than as per price policy so if you want to get room then you need to pay the difference amount. They are using trick to get the booking confirmation from the goibibo and once the customer are going for check-in they are refusing so we have to wait for around 2.5 hour to resolve this issue with hotel by taking the help of goibibo customer care they have resolved the issue and at the end they have provided check in at 11:30 p.m. so we were completed tired and they are just harrising the customer by not providing the check in even the booking is confirmed. they are trying to squeeze the customer by asking more money so that is the strategy they are using. If they have any issue with ibibo or oyo they shouldn't have to confirm the booking on call and also they shoul contact customer that we have price issue so that customer can arrange alternatives but they are not doing that. So once the customer reaches the hotel at night and ask for checkin at that time/last moment they are refusing so that customer will not go anywhere and customer have to pay the fees to get checkin. I checked in this property on 3july 18 at 7.30am . He asked me to submit the tarrif amount first after that i can only check in the room and behaviour was really rude ,anyways i deposited and checked in.
It was already discussed with the owner breakfast was included in the package , but at the time was breakfast manager called me and said 100rs for breakfast to be submitted . Than again i had to call the owner Mr. Vinay and he confirmed the manager .
In the evening 4 company mates come to my room to meet me and asked for water and glasses . Manager told me it was on single occupancy and we can give only two glass and one water bottle . It was so embarrasing for me but they said you will order and order again and we have to come up to 2nd floor to possible for waiters .
Pathetic service for this hotel and behaviour of staff was not good .
I would not suggest anyone to stay over there .

Read moreI don't have any words to describe this bad service. Manager was so rude we are asked to check out 12 insted of 10 then threaten the police complain. We paid 3000 per room still we dont get mineral water the water bottle was so unhygienic. Room was totally opposite of expectation. Our beautiful trip get destroy by this room experience. We have to asked the staff for every time they do not give water properly. We book room for Ac and geasure of course and they do not give this basic services if light is gone. Toilet is leakage. Doors locks is very poor. What about security. Bathroom door is also not working properly. In the name of lake view you only gate after cremation service ghat🤣🤣🤣Rooms were so small.
