Regardless of all the excellent 5star reviews. My experience with this hotel, staff and the guests was not upto the mark. I traveled to Jaipur last month solo for a business trip. I had traveled from overseas and arrived late at night I called the room service and asked for tea, as the tea arrived I told the tea boy that I will pay while I'm vacating the room next day morning, may be he didn't understand or God knows what was going on his mind.. he made the receptionist called so I explained the lady is I just arrived from another country I don't have cash and will pay tomorrow morning while vacating .. as one can imagine I was tired and went to bed 40 mins later again I get a call from one of the lady receptionist to pay for tea ( inspite of me putting no disturb switch) by then I was so fumed and was very insulting as the staff doesn't trust that the guest will pay them for room services? Next day while going to the breakfast I told the floor manager and explained him what happened with their staff and he apologized and the thing was taken care of . I went to the breakfast area they seated me and after few minutes this single guy from another table very swiftly sat on my table in front of me , for few minutes I was shocked and confused what was going on... I yelled at that guy and asked him to leave he again went and sat on a different table than what he was seated by the staff... there was no proper supervision, no diligence of staff to check on the customers safety .. wgen i told one of the female server what happened she just laughed and eent away...at this point I just packed my bag paid and left... this hotel atleast in my experience was not upto a mark for a solo...

I would like to thank and appreciate the staff of crown plaza. I had a 14 days stay in this hotel and not a day I saw a low energy. I would like to thank the boy Abhishek from the entry point, the reception guys Nikil and duty manager. I'm very great full to the restaurant SCORRO, the chef Gurvinder, staff who server with so much love u can see the way they are so chargerd with full of energy from breakfast to dinner Mr Danish, Priyanka,Madushress,Rajesh,Paradip,Samir,Vishal,Sharanev. You can see the great teamwork going on in the restaurant, i was unwell still i recoccoved quickly as they had taken great care of me and by checking on me time to time. Which no other hotel has ever done.

Words are not enough for me to justify the work they are doing. You need to come and visit to see how much efficiency they are in they work.

I have sat everyday in the restaurant and saw people appreciate them, but its sad no one has put any recognization to they work.

I would personal love to come and visit again and again and would bring my friends and family for a good stay and meal which comes out for they heart.
