Suraj Hotel — Hotel in Rajasthan

I travelled to Bikaner along with a business associate and stayed at The Suraj Hotel very close to the railway station in Feb'15. ||||We took the over-night train to Bikaner from Jaipur city and reached very early in the morning. The staff on duty politely accomodated us in the available room on the 1st floor. Since the Hotel is located on a central street, it is easily accessible by various modes of transport. There is also no dearth of locating places for eating/drinking or entertainment and shopping. This is a very budget-friendly hotel and provides for great value for the business-traveller who is in Bikaner on a short-trip. We used the hotel as a stop-over between our business-meetings to various clients.||||I would be justified in making a notable mention of the meals provided by the hotel. Their meals are very tasty and portions are filling. We were pleasantly surprised to get such good food in Bikaner. I stayed at hotel from 24 Feb 2021 to 07 Mar 2021. I booked double room on phone at rate of Rs 1000. But on check out time they charged me Rs 1130 per day.
