Again, I was eager to write a review of the restaurant so I wanted to obtain relevant information. I asked if they had a paper/to-go menu (so I could attempt to write down some of the many dishes that they offer), but the waiter said they had only the standard menus (which made sense). I then had the idea of photographing some or all of the menu, but I found out that the camera batteries had died. I can tell you that they have a wide variety of dishes, including seafood, Italian, vegetarian, chicken, tandoori , various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and others. I thought that they had some Chinese food as well, but they do not. We saw paper napkins on the table, and Caroline asked for a cloth napkin (so that she could put it in her lap while eating) but was given the impression that they did not have cloth napkins (which seemed very strange). Shortly before the meal, however, they did provide cloth napkins. Caroline had the Pepper Crab (because she likes seafood, and loves crab) and also the Fish Biryani. However, she did not particularly care for the pepper crab, and gave me one of the two pieces. The sauce did seem to overwhelm the taste of the crab. However, she did like the Fish Biryani. I had the Irish Chateaubri and Beef Steak Sizzler because the name was very intriguing. I was a little bit concerned about the "Sizzler" aspect of it though. Sizzler meals do not seem to be as common as they used to be but in the 1990s, at least three people would order a Sizzler meal every time we visited Blue Sky Cafe or JoJo's Restaurant. It was a vegetarian dish consisting primarily of cabbage (I believe) and spewing out a pungent and foul-smelling plume of steam. A few years ago (when I was away), Caroline had this, and stated that it actually tasted good. I decided to have it, and found out that once the stench subsides (after the dish has cooled, and is no longer steaming) it is indeed tasty.

Read moreHere I want to share my experience in this hotel. It was almost 11:30 in the night when all this happened. Firstly I was given a room in which neither the ac nor the telecom was working. I had to go to the reception for the issues and later the manager changed my room. The manager, named, RAHUL BHARDWAJ, opened the door and checked if ac and telecom were working. Meanwhile, he was trying to be too frank with me and asked me few questions about me. Then, he asked if he can talk informally with me. He told me that he's feeling nervous and his heartbeats had fasten after seeing me. Also, he asked for my social media's ID. Even after the continuous denial, he kept on asking for the ID. This type of brand image hotel heeralal portrays itself..after seeing this kind of behaviour it feels disgusting to see a woman who is traveling late night gets this kind of welcome in this esteemed hotel of Bikaner This type of behavior with a girl is totally unexpected and that too late night. I felt so nervous that I was unable to sleep whole night. The management should take some action...
Read moreMy experience was horrific, I became free from their trap after police intervention. I booked the hotel for 2 adults and 2, children with free breakfast and dinner and for that I paid 4230 INR through make my trip.
At the time of check out management staff start demanding of additional charges for children and whatever dinner we did, they made seperate bills for item wise which ofcourse costly than the package plan, it was completely a cheating act by their staff and management.
They wasted our 2hours and afterwards we become free from their trap with the help of police.
Room and food quality is below average, the same facility can be availed in OYO rooms at 1/3 cost.
In simple words this hotel is run by fraud people's.
I storngly recommend not to...
