Hi!||||Confirmation for Booking ID # 427405037 Check-in November 22, 2019 vide AGODA; OYO Confirmation NO XOJZ4267 ||||PLEASE REFUND AND CANCEL OUR BOOKING DUE TO BAD SERIVICES||||pLEASE register my complain:||||I am traveling with my family with my mother old aged 80 years, my wife and brother.||||1. Upon reaching here we met Mr Raghuwanshi (Phone no 8826439416) and Ms Pinky.at reception.||||Room number 201 and 203 were allocated.||||2. When I asked that my niece would accompany us to stay for only one night they refused even when I asked them that extra bed charges would be paid by us. Mr Raghuwanshi asked to pay for one another room @ INR 1400.00 for single occupancy room which I paid which was not allocated and no receipt was shared in any form.||||3. When we checked our rooms the rooms were so unclean and unhygienic.Soiled and stained bed sheets, quilt covers, unclean commode, stained bathrooms, broken lever of shank fitting, garbage and dirty linen all around our rooms, swarms of mosquitoes. (Pics shared in my earlier mails)||||4. At 3.30 pm after we complained again and again Mr Raghuvanshi told us to leave rooms open as we were going out for lunch and in the mean time he promised to get our rooms cleaned.||||5. After we returned at 5.00 pm we were shocked that our rooms were still open and not a bit of cleaning was done.||||6. When we complained again Ms Pinky was kind enough to do a bit with existing resources. Like, instead of bed sheet quilt cover was use as mailed you in pictures.||||7. Bathrooms were not cleaned nor repaired (washbasin lever)||||8. No WiFi and TV working as they said it was some technical problem.||||9. Not even water was served to us with an excuse that kitchen service were closed. ||||10. As per our Agoda voucher breakfast was included they simply denied of serving the same saying again that kitchen is not available at property.||||11. On reaching back to hotel at 2.00 am today and when we asked for the key the then manager Arjun showed us the room which was again so much dirty. He had made a statement on the same as per pic attached.||||12. I did call OYO on 9313931393 at least 12 times from 2 am to 12.00 noon today but no proper response...

Read moreHad the worst experience ever. The rooms were not cleaned, bathroom choked, rooms smelly, dirty bedsheets and no service. We had booked 15 rooms for a wedding and we were shocked by the kind of service we received. The staff were rude not at all helpful and had only 2 guys to take care of room service who were juggling between 2 floors even when all the 15 rooms were prebooked over a month back. When we complained about the non working light in the room they told us that they will call the company guy to replace the bulb. If you looking for a v cheap budget stay for a night or less, you might take the risk of booking here.
